Who else can’t wait for Demon Slayer season 3? Japanese rice dumplings smothered in a sweet soy glaze. Here’s my take on dango to keep even Haganezuka calm waiting for the next season. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
4 oz | 115 g Silken tofu
1 cup | 130 g mochiko sweet rice flour
2 tbsp | 30 mL soy sauce
3 tbsp | 45 mL mirin
6 tbsp | 90 mL water water
6 tbsp | 75 g sugar
2 tbsp | 15 g corn starch

this is one of our favorite Japanese dessert. parang bilo bilo lang pero savory and sweet :) i love the browning last step.
