Today we're making the mitarashi dango from Demon Slayer (Kimetsu no Yaiba) season 2 entertainment district arc! I don't watch anime very often but I really like demon slayer~
C O N N E C T W I T H M E:

I N G R E D I E N T S:
- 70g mochiko (sweet rice flour)
- 30g joshinko (rice flour, may substitute with mochiko)
- 80g - 100g soft tofu
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 tbs mirin
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1/2 tbs potato starch (or corn starch)
- 50 mL water
*often times dango is made with shiratamako rather than mochiko, but I only had mochiko on hand
