She can apply BODMAS or a PEMDAS - answer is still 3.

The answer is 3 you can do it either by eliminating the bracket or distribution process and both answer is 3

54÷3(4+2)
1. 54/1 × 1/3 × 6/1 = 108
2. 54 ÷ 3 =18 ×6 = 108
3. 54 × 6 ÷ 3 = 324 ÷ 3 = 108
4. 54 (÷3 × 6) = 54(2) =108
5. Now -2 + 3 = - (2-3). So logically using distributive property ÷3×6=÷(3÷6) = ÷1/2
54÷3×6 = 54 ÷ (1/2) = 54 × 2 = 108

Pl confirm whether withdrawing bracket is it treated as multiplication or 'of'? I think it is treated as 'of'. And so it will be 54 / 6 of 3 and so the answer is 3.

According to PEMDAS the result is 108, but several calculators are 3.
How came? Maybe they use a method like below :
