Ya have to really support your back though. Super tight core. You can't let the weight compromise your spine. Then yes, everything can go through the legs. I have my elbows out and keep my shoulders back to keep my back from rounding out. How do I know this? Disc herniation lol. Thoracic.

Flat back. Shoulders back. Tight core. THEN legs to SHIT lol.

feel that deep stretch and burn in quads is Awesome, belt squats and hack squats are Best for me...

I love leaning forward and feeling the entire push through my legs rather than my back, shoulders, etc. Really emphasizes that this is a leg exercise and not a compound movement.

He’s right please listen my legs have definitely improved from this mindset alone. I also struggled to grow my legs hack squat seems to work for me leg press and traditional squats were not really owing to well for me

Shouldn't the legs be kept lower for more knee flexion and ultimately better for Quads?

I found my footing better when the shoulder pad was lower so my knee were bent.
