Just give us a better and fair contract. Make better decisions, and hold upper leadership accountable for the failures that have occurred.

In the meantime, AirBus has delivered 46 orders in August. 447 orders have been delivered in 2024 so far. Boeing has been losing market shares

imo CEO's salaries should be capped at 100k per year...no-one should be taking an absurd 10million per year.
Have all the ceo's and c-suite execs return some grossly overpaid salaries and do this with every single company.

If all the execs went on strike, and all the workers kept working, no-one would notice aside from extra profit margins.

Start with 25% and come back to the table in a couple of years. There will be no money to share at this rate.

I do not work at this site. I just hit my 5 year anniversary. Dave Calhoun got a 33 million dollar bonus last year but my department can't get so much as a lunch to celebrate my 5 years of service. This company is pissing off ALL of its workers and wondering why they're going on strike...

The higher ups keeping getting wage increases and keep adding managers to the payroll. There is 9 employees to 1 manager which adds more fat to the value stream.

Cutting cost? Get rid of management from the 1st to 3rd level.

We will get a decent contract and things will resume as normal. This is all part of the game

Boeing has been losing billions of dollars since 2018; I cannot see them giving in to the 40% increase in wages, restoration of pension, and better health care, yet I developed and sent my proposal yesterday.

I've only been with boeing for 6 months, and while I know that if this goes on longer than a month there's pretty much a 100% chance that I get furloughed, I'll still stick it out, because we all deserve it. 😊

I worked for Boeing for 8.5 years. One of the reasons I left was my pension got taken away and we got treated horribly by management. There is so much hypocrisy at the top there it’s crazy. They do not want to open their wallets for their workers period. Wish you guys the best

Maybe, if you DON'T try to SCREW your employees, they WON'T have to go on STRIKE !!! . . . Why don't we meet at the CEO's new 4.1 MILLION DOLLAR home to talk about what is FAIR ???

A good time to short Boeing stock. This is a crippling strike and odds of a prolonged production reduction appears high. Even if the company relents and agrees to the extreme union demands, the impact on profits will certainly be significant, possibly leading to unsustainable losses. Said differently, the Union has created a no-win situation for both the company and employees, but a possible win for the shorts.

100% pay raise over 4 years was just not enough for these greedy workers. These guys don’t even know how to put on a door correctly and want triple the pay
