How to harvest broccolini and how to prepare it! 🥦🥦!

I’ve got about a dozen in the garden, with about 8 heads of broccolini just starting to grow! Excited to watch over the coming weeks before harvesting. I’m in Australia, currently a small bunch of broccolini at the supermarket is $2.95 each, prices are getting crazy.

I always just called my tiny broccoli heads broccolini, as in teeny weeny broccolini. I didn't know there was such a thing. I guess I'm a little loose in the head, too.
