UE MEGABOOM Fault

My megaboom won't do anything, won't turn on, won't charge, tried plugging it into my pc and nothing happened.

plugged and unplugged usb into laptop port about 3x and voila! Back to normal charging mode

Ok guys and girls, mine didn’t charge like nothing worked it was just off 24/7, I would plug it in and a white light will flicker 3 times then it stopped. Holding the volume up and down didn’t work for me because it has to be on in order to do that. What I did is I plugged the charger usb into a computer, and as soon as I plugged it in the speaker I pressed the power button, it said chargin- then it cuts out. So I left the charger plugged into the speaker and disconnected the other end that’s connected to the computer and I kept unplugging and plugging it back into the computer, while it plugged in I would spam the power on button and then it worked, currently it’s charging right now. Oi chuck that bad boy in the fridge for a couple hours if that doesn’t work chuck it in again for a few more hours. Worked for me and plenty others

My megaboom says it's charging, but I can't turn it on yet. It's been charging for like an hour now. Can't turn it on. The light is blinking. Google did not help yet; does anyone know what is going on? : /

remove battery charge without battery than press start botton and -reset ueboom ，install battery again .try to charge it

My megaboom does not seem to be charging, I can't turn it on. It's been charging for about an hour but I can't turn it on. The red light flashes 9 times and goes off. Anyone knows what to do?

Hey guys I have a major issues with my ue boom speaker...recently I was using it I plugged it in to charge and it stop playing...and the lights are on but I can't connect to it to play music...this happened about three days ago and the lights are still on...wat can I do to make it work again???

What button do I charge the Ultimate ears USB cord broke but using a different mini usb cord.

I'm not sure what the problem was exactly, but it was a hardware fault of the speaker, so I had it covered by the manufacturer warranty. They couldn't repair mine within 4 weeks so I got sent a brand new one.

Mine did this brand new and it kept saying forty percent even if I had it on for ages so it ran flat and works fine now

defected charge cable ! Change usb charge cable > That was how i solved the problem with mines!

Keep in deep freezer for 30 minutes then plug in to charger problem solved.try it then Thanks me later.

Ah first bought it didn't charge then it charged but only ever said forty percent even when it was full charge or nearly dead now 2months later won't turn on and isn't connecting to iPhone 7 but will connect to my iPad and my old iPhone 5s
