eglobal ue megaboom speaker problem

ue megaboom speaker woofer is rattling making distortion...
i have 2 of these ...one sounds terrible the other is great....

Same problem here. It's possible to fix it by changing the speaker. But it's not an easy job and it takes 1 hour to fix it.

Similar problem after less than an hour of use. Crackles, pops, no bass, limited volume. Assume the bass speaker has blown. Replacement requested from Amazon.
