Eggless Apple Cinnamon Roll Muffins (Super Moist and Soft)
Try this new Recipe of Cinnamon Rolls with Apple in Muffins form, Super Moist and Soft. Very Yummy,Definitely a melt on the mouth sweet Bread.
In this Recipe You need the ff:
For Dough:
500g or 4 cups Flour not pressed (i used All Purpose Flour)
7g or 1 Tbsp Instant Yeast
50g or ¼ cup Butter
250ml or 1 & 1/8 cup Freshmilk
100g or ½ cup Sugar
½ Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Expanding Process: 60mins before forming, 30mins after forming.
(Please use a good Quality and Brand Instant Yeast)
Cinnamon Filling:
2 Medium Apple (cut into diced)
100g or ½ cup Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
extra Melted Butter
extra Evaporated Milk
Baking Temperature: 160 Degree Celsius Pre-Heated Oven
Baking Time: 20mins
