Why is squatting so important to our health? Do you squat?

When we sit regularly - all the pressure is put on our diaphragm and we’re not able to breathe fully through our diaphragm. It also compresses the diaphragm and the pelvic floor against each other causing the compressed fascia, which causes tight hips, tight quads and hamstrings along with hip, back and leg pain.
