Fun fact: Mathematicians were arguing how few colours one would need to fill in a map without having two areas of the same coulour touching for quite a long while until two brothers proved it was 4 in a way that upset the nerd community.

See, they brute forced the issue by manually colouring in every possible map of joining areas on Earth.

I love making maps, they are like a bite sized art trainint, you don't have to commit as much, and have a lot of little tricks if you make them digitally, they also make for a great time killer at public school🥲
