I just saw 'War for the Planet of the Apes' and it knocked me out. His portrayal of Caesar across all three of the films has been complex, powerful, phenomenally skilled and utterly riveting.

His acting ability, the makeup, the whole physicality of being an ape takes the forefront and we are mesmerized!

The way Andy delivers his lines as Caesar makes total sense because Chimps do not normally talk. And understanding a language and speaking it are two different regions of the brain. So the pauses between words in a simple short sentence makes sense for a being that wasn’t designed to talk.
