Andy Serkis might be the top of a long list.

He is so convincing with the voices! Gollum is his greatest character in my opinion

Here's the reasons why Andy Serkis deserves more than one Oscar (and that one Oscar).

1. He played both King Kong AND Godzilla (so that means if we get another Godzilla vs. King Kong movie he's going to be fighting himself).

2. He's the master of motion capture performances.

3. He taught Benedict Cumberbatch (and many others) how to use motion capture (in this case to play a dragon).

4. He's one of the only Marvel villains who hasn't died... yet.

5. He's going to make one of the best films with "Origins" in the title (trust me it's basically a death wish now a days).

6. He's most likely going to get one in 2018 for the first film he 100% directed (the other being parts of the Hobbit trilogy)

The best thing about Andy is when He does a voice. He BECOMES the character he is portraying.  Just look at his face when he goes from Smeagol to Caesar. You can tell just by his facial expressions. Andy is a fucking legend

Andy serkis deserves a million Oscars. The talent and ability to portray nonhuman characters is beyond what any other actor can do. It's about time he gets recognized for his hard work!

WTF? I´ve always thought Gollum´s and Caesar´s voices were altered with computer effects but it´s 100% real! Andy can speak ape languages too! UNBELIEVABLE!

I like how Gollum (the evil side of the whole Gollum/Smeagol character) is saying Conan is funny, but Smeagol (the good side) is saying he's not.

This man is so damn talented and doesn't receive enough credit. His characters are brought to life so well that most people forget it's him that has to put emotion into that character not just CGI.

Reading the comments it is insane how many people just think that andy serkis is a voice actor. When he plays these characters, not only does he do the voice, but almost every movement you see by the character is captured motion from his acting on set, from large body motions to small facial twitches. Granted, the animators will add a bit here or there, but Andy Serkis is a legend.
