Orcas: ”Get in the van, kiddo! We have candy!”

Fun fact: The hatred Humpbacks have against Orcas is so egregious that there was a pair of Humpbacks who disrupted a pod of Orcas hunting a Gray whale calf for 6 hours straight! They go out of their way to rescue other animals from Orcas out of spite! That’s how intelligent Whales are!!

I find whales very fascinating. Interesting to see their interaction and bonding with their pod.

I have witnessed humpback whales having a special rivalry with killer whales. An amazing case was recorded when a pair of humpback whales repeatedly disrupted a pod of killer whales that were hunting. The pod of killer whales was trying to hunt another whale, but the pod of humpback whales repeatedly intervened to protect the other whale. This brave and fierce act shows the intelligence and courage of humpback whales, as they not only protect their own kind but also try to save other animals from fierce predators. This is a clear demonstration of social interaction and mutual protection in the animal kingdom. ❤❤

I don't think y'all are appreciating how insane it is that the Orca literally got that baby whale by its fin and dragged it off.

Just heartbreaking to see, but Orcas can't go buy dinner from a ship, this is nature, I could imagine the fear the baby whale felt knowing it was in big trouble, and the poor mumma

This footage is incredible I've never seen cameras capable of keeping up with moving whales underwater before! When you get footage of such things it used to be multiple cameras in different positions to cut to get different perspectives on the same shot but now technology has come so far as to be able to have continuous shots from fewer cameras.
