I like sending fresh skeketon recruits and one better trained skeleton to either fog islands or fishman island. I put their weapons away and let them train martial arts which will also train dexterity, dodge, and toughness when they get up around a large crowd. Love your videos

A "minor improvement" note: wakidzashi have stat boost in buildings, and higher stats make exp gaining slower. So, if you train outside (just make a small coliseum inside your base) - this will be faster
And also - you can use equipment with high stat decreasing. Just a backpack can cut 10 levels of attack and defence, making even fights with equal opponents much more effective

Another defence training strat i found is getting an already somewhat capable fighter, deck em out in defence boosting weapons and armor, setting them on block command and running into a beakthing nest. Just have a couple guys around to rescue and heal if your guy get bonked

I have a mod called "Training weapoms" wich are weapons for each class that do 0 damage, so you pick a strong guy thats knoxked out (like a bandit raid in the bug or smth) give him a training sword, taoe one for yourself and just Duck it out for hours until youre like 70 attack

In one day you can get like level 50 or 70, deoens if you have many interruprions or not

For rapid offensive skill gain:
Step 1: capture a high stat skelebro enemy henceforth known as your potatoe
Step 2: Visit those lovely 'human' settlements just west of the ashlands for their spicey blueprint (if you know you know)
Step 3: peel the potatoe
Step 4: put peeled potatoe on a reapir bed
Step 5: have the master armoursmith you should have at this stage in the game make heavy chest and leg armour for the potatoe
Step 6: equip your trainee with a rusted quality katana class blade and have him whale on the potatoe
Step 7: profit!

I'm not a fan of forced training, I use new recruits as human shields in battles that occasionally get hits with their weapon, you get to train them while also enjoying the game.

Step one: kidnap protector of the flame.
Step two: give up because I suck at the game and can't stay outside of a city for more than 2 minutes.
Step three: touch grass.

And at early stage of the game? The best I've done is the same but with bandit with heavy armor and my chac on défend only. Does it help or?

Well, Agnu is strength 50, so…unless your going for no mercy kinda guy, get Agnu.
