If you using Ghoul Race you should use Ghoul mask
It has a Life Lench on Fighting style click
If you use Shark i may think you should use Pal scarf
Edit:Twin hooks actually has the abillity <Curse of the reaper> so be honest it's actually heal you when you use m1s it heals 20% if with the enchantment <Curse of the reaper> it heals you 90% im sure you'll be immortal with it💀
