brought my best gear in as a PMC, just to get headshot by a scav AI, while sitting deep inside of a third story building and he was on the ground outside.

I tried to drink a juice on streets and my gun disappeared and my character wonky-walked (camera jumps) until I restarted the game. It happened every time I tried to heal or eat/drink. I somehow survived by running straight to extract with a heavy bleed.
