They have really shot themselves in the foot with this product. I had 5 of them, the tech onboard is good, but the product was rushed and now they have completely abandoned it, stopped development and they stay silent about it.

If the warranty period has lapsed. You may still have the legitimate reasons for a refund, due to consumer expectation rights. But only if you bought it from a registered business within ones own country. This is so in Australia. Hope this helps

I’ve heard good stuff about their battery packs for camping. Seeing this from one of their products is disappointing, I don’t think I’ll be buying from them any time soon.

Have you thought about just removing the battery? It isn't good a good idea to leave the battery discharged while in storage.
