I did the same. Learned a lot as a kid from watching the old school Food Network chefs. Mario Batali, and Alton Brown(Good Eats) were my favorites. So I can relate hard.

Josh has always had a talent for being incredibly creative and inventive with his cooking! He always proves how he can make anything and any dish in his own way. There is a very unique josh flare that just radiates from his creations. One of the best chefs I’ve seen on thinking outside of the box.

Risotto was my first dish too! My mother made it british style with watered down broth, corn, peas and lightly sweated onions and curry powder. I hated it so much! So I went to the 'italian place' down the road to ask the chef to teach me how to make risotto. Now this italian place didn't serve risotto, since it was really a shawarma shop that also sold pizza, run by an elderly Turkish gentleman. He rang my dad to inform him where his little daughter was, and did his absolute best to teach me how to make a decent risotto using baldo rice, lemon, tahin and parmezan. Which was absolutely delicious, and I still make it occasionally. I made it for friends at a christmas dinner during covid in his honor 😂
