Enjoyed the video . Great job of explaining. Just transitioning from the 172 to the Cirrus in MSFS 2020. Over 30 years since I’ve flown “for real”, and never with a glass cockpit. Steep learning curve for an 80 year old.

Well done-I appreciate your emphasis on getting current. It exudes an urgency for a culture of safety. As a CFII, you did nothing here that would bust a checkride maneuver-wise. It's a sim, so I get the lack of flows and checklist followup. The only question mark I had flying an SR is: flaps 100% @80 before FAF? The SR flight ops manual specifies flaps 50%, kias 100 at intercept until MAP. Again, wouldn't end a checkride, but would generate conversation at debrief.

Thanks so much, a great help in taming what otherwise seemed to be a homicidal autopilot in MSFS! Now if I could just get ATC not to insist on far too high of an approach...

Downloaded the asobo version of cirrus sr22 and the engine parameters does not show... even if I increase power the RPM indicator continues in 0. Anybody know how to fix it?
