Instrument Approach KOXR ILS 25 in Cirrus SR22T Gen 6

Today I fly through the busy LA corridor to practice the ILS 25 approach to Oxnard Airport (KOXR). I've been flying my Cirrus since September 12 and there is alot to learn so I record everything that goes on in the cockpit (good and bad) and review it at the end of each flight. You'll see alot of the Garmin Perspective + instruments at work here on the Cirrus SR22T Gen 6. I'm using a chest mounted GoPro that gives a really clear look at what is going on with the instruments which I find really helps me get up to speed on the avionics. I hope it helps you as well. Gotta love how awesome the technology is on the newer planes these days. I did my PPL on steam gauges and my IR on a G1000. Looks like Garmin outdid themselves again with this Perspective system. Enjoyed the video and keep up the great flying! Can imagine flying in your LA is much different than flying in my LA (Louisiana)

Let me echo the other comment...GREAT VIDEOS. Love the different camera angles. I hope you keep making them. I'm a student pilot close to doing my FAA exam. I learn a lot by reviewing my videos and seeing what I did and might have done better.

Probably a dumb question, because I don't fly a turbo?? But, at 2:15 your PFD shows '104% power'. Is that correct? I've never seen much over 90...

You are one of a 'handful' of pilots who respond like I do on altitude:  "1000 climb(ing) 3000". In a flying magazine article, a controller explained why it's a good idea. (As opposed to: 'one thousand for three thousand'. I think it makes sense NOT to use the word 'for' as it can be mistaken for 'four'. Also, it should be '3000 decend(ing) 1000'.  It's a small thing, but....
