Judge orders Lindsey Graham to testify before Georgia grand jury investigating Trump

South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham must testify before a grand jury in Georgia investigating former President Donald Trump's conduct after losing the 2020 election. Prosecutors have told lawyers for Rudy Giuliani that he is a target of a Georgia criminal investigation into attempts to interfere in the 2020 election in the state, his lawyers said. Tamar Hallerman, senior reporter for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, joins "Red and Blue" to discuss the latest in the Georgia investigation.

Pertaining to Lindsey Graham: the judge(s) need to consider Why these people are going to such extremes to EVADE ANSWERING QUESTIONS. The courts shouldn't concentrate on obscure laws to EXCUSE/SHIELD people like senators (especially) from appearing in court or ignoring subpoenas resulting from actions they knowingly and willing SET INTO MOTION. Rather concentrate on professional, moral and sworn oaths to protect and defend.

Lindsey Graham questioned how ballots were processed at the facility (State Fram stadium) and the Jan. 6 panel in Washington wants to subpoena Graham to a criminal hearing investigation for interfering in the 2020 election. I could be wrong, but I think the video came out showing ballots being pulled out from under the table in which I can understand why Graham would want to question how ballots are being processed. Were the ballots in suitcases counterfeits?

Rudy Giuliani was the guy who presented the video (ballots being pulled from under the table) as evidence because he was trying to prove that there was election fraud. Not only that But Rudy had signed affidavits from ballot observers who were supposed to watch ballots being processed being lied to by county workers processing ballots to have them leave. But the Jan. /6 panel want to subpoena Giuliani for interfering in the 2020 election.

Why not question the county workers involved in the ballot processing? Why not question the ballot observers that were lied to? In my book. Just because you question how ballots are being processed does not mean you are interfering in the 2020 U.S. election. When you show a video of election fraud or show affidavit of observers saying that county workers lied to them does not mean Giuliani interfered in the 2020 U.S. election. The all-Democrat Jan. / 6 panel (That includes Cheney) investigating Republicans for election fraud is a big scam where innocent lives are being unfairly mistreated.

My advice to Lindsey Graham --- Pled the 5th at the hearing. Last thing you need is a contempt of court over something so stupid because you forgot to mention something, or you misspoke.
