Honestly this feels like it's gonna be a more sentimental work. No matter how hard we try, or how much we want to, those simple times, the innocence, the magic... it all goes away at some point, leaving behind only memories.

That still shot of the house, being once colorful, now becoming dull and lifeless, is so damn eerie.
Makes you wonder just what happened here that caused a house like that to become abandoned.

Fingers crossed hard that this doesn’t become generic “you thought it was cute and nostalgic but actually it’s scary horror.” Jinglez is so endearing, and the melancholy you get from not being able to go back to this era of the web— to childhood, even— would be so interesting to see played off of.
