Kai'Sa just got a HUGE CHANGE on PBE!

Note: IT DOESN'T REFUND THE CD now - but goes through units instead.
No mention of it in the tooltip or anywhere - but this is how it works now!

So evolved Kai'Sa W goes through units now - but it DOESN'T refund the Cooldown on champ hit.
So either it's just bugged - and doesn't register on hitting the enemy.
or Riot is sneakily/accidentally testing her W in a different form.

It seems like they're testing this change, as they've removed the cooldown refund mechanic. With this change, AP Kai'Sa is essentially dead. There's no point in playing full AP Kai'Sa if you can only poke the enemy every 14 seconds
