I honestly don't know what the fuck this riot devs doing nerfing armor after doing a durability update, nerfing items across the list then nerfing armor in champs. They are making fights last longer but now they are making the fights with some champs last less. It's stupid the way they nerf and buff champions. It's stupid this 2 weeks patches.

I feel like Skill Capped didn't fact check this video, currently Volibear W has 5 seconds cooldown, E cooldown is at 12 currently and that's most likely the skill that is getting nerfed

I really wish that you guys would also include the previous buff/nerf/change to better understand the current change because if a character's one stat was lowered by .2% the previous update and now increased .2% we can see that its just bringing the champ back to what it was the previous update. Just getting this one change doesn't help understanding the bigger picture. This entire thing is a bit irellevant because like sure we get the latest update but compared to what? if that makes sense. If you would include the previous or the last 2 or whatever, this video would be so much more informative! Keep up the good stuff!

They murdered swain E and made R lame. Why do they do this. They mini rework stuff that doesn't need it, yet pyke ult's telegraphed execute that resets and encourages degenerate playstyles is still a thing.

Man every week it feels like I'm playing a different game right now.

I've never seen so many buffs and nerfs in such a short time span.

It's crazy that champs like Viego, Yone, Galio, etc get off with a slap on the wrist for a nerf and have been strong for months yet once Gwen gets strong due to the meta they nerf her.

That passive change may seem small but from 0.72 -> 0.6 is insanely bad for the champ with no compensation buff. They legit did the SAME exact nerf in 14.1 in January but instead dropped it to 0.65 (which is a higher amount than the current nerf) and then they had to hotfix patch her because her W/R dropped to around 46%.

They essentially gave her the rito special.

Insane how the reason is "Gwen build flat AP bad" yet most items don't synergize at all with her kit, yet you see champs like garen who are bruisers building crit and shit. Yas/Yone building brusier items and destroying HP.

For those unaware, this passive is damage on her ENTIRE kit basically. (Q/E/R + Autos) It drops her overall sustained damage by around 10~15% it also nerfs her healing.

Thanks Phreak, some champions get to be broken for multiple patches like Udyr/Lillia but once Gwen who has been untouched in AGES gets in a crap tank meta, SUDDENLY her niche to shred tanks is more prominent and you nerf her, legit what she was made to do. Good job rito. 👍

I gave Phreak the benefit of the doubt on changes for a full year, and now im going to go on a limb and say this guy keeps messing up with buffs, nerfs, and changes. More than half the time Phreak and Matt-Leung dont know what direction they want to take the game. Get them out of there. Had a better time when Phreak was a comment broadcaster.
