Land buying in Ghana is only difficult at Accra and it's environment. Go to other regions very cheap and easy. I advice diasporians not to buy or stay at Accra, the place is full and no lands there. Come to my region, and be free and happy. Is fast developing.and low cost of Living. Welcome to the green bay.

Awesome video, we are in the process of making a decision to build or buy. I'm leaning more towards building mainly because I can build custom and in segments over time and not tie up all that liquid capital. I like the idea of building over a period of time.
