Rewatched this movie in the theatre today! The room was entirely full, and not one person left during the credits lol. I never imagined this movie would ever be in theatres again; it was a lovely experience

I seriously think more modern movies these days should continue to do what this movie did with the interlude halfway through because it's really neat, depending on the film it could be very impactful to have the credits play at the middle point so that when the movie actually ends it abruptly cuts to black without the credits which like in this movie can leave such a powerful last impression

Always loved the glowing orange credits moving upwards. Its like people's souls or lcl disappearing or moving on.

Hell maybe it was foreshadowing to the climax.

I just finished the series and wow. All I can say is I wish I had discovered Evangelion earlier in my life. Absolutely beautiful show and movies.
