After playing all mainline ES titles save for Arena, Oblivion remains my all-time favorite. It has the perfect balance between quality of life changes that Morrowind lacked while also retaining the superbly fun and funny magic and attribute system that Skyrim had gutted. I still can't believe that they gutted Skyrim so much; no acrobatics, no way to level speed, no spell-making, etc.
