It's so funny to read how people react to that 11 am alarm thing, but absolutely no one refers that the picture is from a German "adult movie" 😂, because that's actually the joke

The "Every mobile phone at 11 a.m." thing was referring to a nation-wide practice alarm in Germany ... the test was on December, 8th at 11a.m. via cell broadcast. So everyone got an emergency warning on their phones (no matter how old the phone is or if you have internet on it or not). It was just a drill, so the government could use it in the future in case there would be a real emergency, either locally (like a flood in a certain area for example) or nation-wide. So it had nothing to do with soccer :D
Edit: YES ... I get it ... it didn't work as intended with every phone and not everyone got the alarm. It's not necessary to repeat "But I didn't get it ..." a thousand times.

ich_iel is short for 'ich im echten leben' and its the parody of the english me_irl subreddit.
It revolves mainly around english memes that are translated back in german instead of writing in 'correct' german
you already had an example of this. The meme with the train station announcement used 'sein wie' which is the word by word translation of 'be like' which would be wrong german but thats sort of like the theme of the subreddit

5:36 The joke is " die Glocke", which means indeed bell, was abbreviated to fit the meter of the poem/ song, so it sounds like "die Glock", as in a gun produced by the weapon manufacturer Glock.

4:40 Globus is originally a Latin, as in ancient roman, word. Specifically, it is the same as in Latin, instead of being germanized. We have a few of these words still in our language, and for most of them, Latin grammar rules apply instead of German ones. Plural forms especially cause confusion.
So the joke here is that the girl wants to sleep, but suddenly her brain ponders whether der Globus (masc) would abide to German (die Globusse/ die Globen) or Latin (die Globi) rules.

And yes, this is VERY relateable for German speakers 😂

The "Techno at 7am" probably refers to some kind of Afterhour-party. Like people getting home from the Club (some of them close at 5-7AM, although a lot of Clubs in bigger Citys go till Noon or dont close at all) and then going for a private Afterhourparty with some Friends. Thats pretty common. Some private places have actual DJ-Equipment, also fairly common in bigger Citys, and every Afterhourparty has a designated DJ, so there you go, its Saturday 7 AM and your neighbours - still awake of course - having a technoafterhourparty

What’s funny is that some parts of these memes are ironically directly translated from well known English memes as some kind of German Reddit inside joke (e.g.: Wish -> Wunsch, even though the website is also called Wish in Germany), so if you translate it back you just revert the direct translation

3:30 Hard to explain to someone whose native language is English and not German. Especially when your own English skills are limited (which is true in my case). Just a try:

In German the name for Sturgeon is "Stör"
to disturb is "stören" in German
Instead of the correct form "störe nicht ", people often say shortened "stör nicht" (do not disturb)

The syllable -ung is an affix and is added to the end of a word.
-"queren" (to cross) becomes "Querung" (crossing)
-"halten" (to hold) becomes "Haltung" (posture or attitude (mental attitude f.e.)
-"vorbereiten" (to prepare) becomes "Vorbereitung" (preparation)
-"stören" (to disturb) becomes "Störung" (disturbance, malfunction)

That's where the pun is:

"Ladies and gentlemen,
due to a *disturbance* the onward journey is delayed indefinitely"


"Meine Damen und Herren,
aufgrund einer *Störung* verzögert sich die Weiterfahrt auf unbestimmte Zeit"

(Stör - ung Stör = sturgeon)

The disturbance is a "Stör" (sturgeon) on the tracks. Exactly which we can see in the picture.

I really like this one, but the App screwed you over "First we sind together, then we let the GLOCK (as in pistol) sound" is not the meaning of the card, there glock would be translated to bell, but what the meme wanted u to understand

5:30 the laugh behind the meme is the way "bell" is written in germany.
Normally it is written "Glocke" but becuase of the way the text is written (like in a song) it is written with a type of shorthand ... the problem here is that in this case you delete the last "e" and then place the shorthand symbol.

Now you have effectively written "you bring the GLOCK to make a sound" aka fire 'the glock' (famous handgun name here)

The plural of globus meme was explained by @Lamiria. English often uses the germanic language plural forms for former latin words, like you explained with globes.
Another example would be bonus: English uses bonuses, german has Boni as the plural form.
