Transportation and Traffiq - are amazing libraries! But their's license don't allow you to use car models in commercial purposes, due to using existing trademarks. It would be amazing if somebody will make something similar but without copyright restrictions, with some generic transport, without brands.

I dunno if you deliberately picked paid plugins but you missed the greatest one - BLENDER KIT ! It. Is. Just. Amazing. You have high quality materials, HDRIs, brushes, models and whole scenes, ready to render! A lot of good stuff is free but if you pay $5 a month, then man... You open yourself a whole new world. AND! The addon is shipped with Blender so you just need to enable it and drag the assets into your scene. And it works super fast and easy.
