VB.NET Tutorial - INSERT Records Into a Microsoft Access Database

This is Part 2 in my series on working with a Microsoft Access Database in Visual Basic .NET. In this tutorial we will design a simple form to easily insert records into our database.

I made a new Module Called Globals, then cut and paste the NotEmpty Function into it and made it a public function, so now i can use that in the whole application instead of "Not string.IsNullOrEmpty()" and also made on for the IsNullOrWhiteSpace :)
Reusability should be a must in any turotials like in normal application development :) all that can make code less lines.
