With Cheltenham I had a 4-2-2-2 narrow system we somehow got to the playoff final and sadly lost on penalties. But I moved to Blackpool and tried that system it didn't last well sacked after 4 months but £5, 000 per week though. You gotta have the right players for the style you want to play. For Lincoln red imps I play a 4-3-3 tiki taka system to get the best out of that ageing squad.

I used Hakan as DLP. Barella mcr as AP and mhki as CM -attack. And it’s doing amazing. Lautaro as dressing forward and Thuram as AF ! Scary team!
