Stir-Fried Udon | 초고추장 볶음 우동

Ingredients
Udon: 200g
Minced Beef or Pork: ~70g
Garlic: 2 Cloves
Onion: Half
Chogochujang: 1 Tbsp (or 1 Tbsp of Sriracha + 1 tsp of Sugar)
Oyster Sauce: 1 Tbsp
Soy Sauce (Jin or Yanjo): 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper: 1/8 tsp
Chives: 1 Handful
Vegetable Oil: 1 Tbsp
Water: 1 L

Udon is my favourite type of noodles. It's just so versatile and easy to use.
I have at least 10 stashed in my freezer at all times.
This recipe isn't an 'authentic' yaki udon recipe but rather 'Use whatever I have in the fridge' recipe but honestly I prefer this haha.
It's simple, quick and tasty.

I very much like the dish, but if you are using minced meat for the dish, then i suggest cutting the onions much thinner. It would cook faster and you wont have a big piece of onion when eating
