Been making stuffed peppers for years (Armenian style with ground lamb and rice) but I learned from your recipe that pre-cooking the peppers first is a good idea. We love your show and hope you and John (and your house and dog) are going to be fine. I am going to try this recipe tonight as I am loaded down with bell peppers.
