Love how James tore away the plate to gobble the rest! I do really appreciate that you focus on tasty, but affordable ingredients and options for feeding a family. It is getting harder and harder to afford food across the nation these days - everyone is struggling. The dollar really has to stretch more and more. Thanks! I love everything about this channel. The relaxed way of cooking and measuring (thanks for the metrics), the recipes, how you prepare everything in advance and show it faster for us, the music and that your son and wife taste test at the end. Due to the ongoing heatwave over here in Europe (no one has ac's in their homes) I couldn't really cook for months now .But first thing I will try when it finally gets cooler is the Pasta alla Norcina. I already bought the pasta for it. 🤤And then I will try all the other recipes. ✨
