Показать описание
In this tutorial, you will learn how to enable G Sync on the AMD Radeon FreeSync monitor using an existing Nvidia Graphics Card. Now Nvidia allows to use of G Sync on Freesync monitors, but in this case, the HDMI cable does not work you need a DisplayPort Cable and DP-IN ports available on the Nvidia GPU and on the Monitor.

In this video, I am using a LG 27 Inches 4K HDR FreeSync monitor and desktop PC which have Nvidia Gforce GTX 1060 Graphics Card, but this will also work with RTX 3070 or RTX 3090 series and also with RTX 2xxx series.

Thanks for watching the video hope your monitor is now an Nvidia G Sync Compatible monitor, and you are playing games without any type of tearing. Enjoy the tearing-free gameplay and give your feedback to this video.

0. Display Port Cable
1. Turn on Free Sync on monitor
2. In control panel, turn on V Sync and G Sync
3. In game, turn off V Sync
4. Set max FPS ceiling in game to 3 fps below the monitor's refresh rate (e.g. max fps = 141fps on a 144hz monitor)

Never knew G-Sync required DisplayPort to work. My Razer Blade only has an HDMI out, no DisplayPort. Glad I just shelled out extra money to get a monitor with G-Sync that I can't use :D

what do i do if my freesync option in the monitor settings doesn't have extended? i only have on or off with a freesync premium pro monitor
edit: actually it's fine, even though in the gsync tab it says "selected display is not validated as gysnc compatible" as long as in the manage 3d settings, under monitor technology it says "gsync technology" then it's working as intended, thankyou!

Very nice video, very well explained, I have one question, my laptop doesn't have Display Port, can be possible to use an adapter?, thanks in advance..

Thank you very much! But I am very concerned about the question, what version of the DP cable is needed? It says everywhere that you need version 1.2a. What if it's higher? For example 1.4? Will it work?
