Man i have been trying to find a solution for this problem for about 2 months, turns out i once saw the gsync option but i did not have a good monitor (it did have DP), so when i bought one i plugged it in with HDMI instead of Display Port. Thank you so much!

Finally I find it man. Many thanks I just needed to plug the dp cable and not the hdmi. Although from 200 mghz refresh rate the monitor drop to 144 only option but I don't care. I sacrifice this for gsync.

Every time i exit game my whole pc starts to lag, so hard that i can
barely move cursor mouse around, when i turn off G Sync in control panel
everything is fine, got no idea how to fix this, did DDU on drivers,

to fix this for me i just had to un plug my monitor and plug it back in and g sync popped up

You forgot to mention if your monitor has free sync turn that on and then g sync will show on there
