Sennheiser Momentum 4 Headphones: How to Factory Reset (Problems Connecting/Pairing, other issues?)

I show how to factory reset a pair of Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless headphones.

You can also reset the device without the app. Just hold the power button for about 20 seconds. You will hear a tone. Had a problem with mine not turning on. A reset fixed it.

for anyone having issues with pairing, or connecting to the app. i was stuck on this issue for quite a while until i tried something, basically.i deleted every paired device on my phone "forget device" and i also did it on the app "forget paired" since all my earphone showed up as was disconnected. then i followed every normal step. i had charged the earphones completely, ( once fully charged the leds flash for 5 min then turn off so if you dont see the lights on anymore they are fully charged ) then i re paired my earphones to my phone. once paired i made sure media and calls was activated, i also activated location on my phone. then once that was done, i restarted my phone, i thought maybe being paired needed the phone to reset to actually pair properly for settings or what not, once i did that i deleted the app and reinstalled it, then i paired the earphones to the app, and it finally worked after 2 hours of messing around, i was finally able to connect to the app, and the earphones could connect through the app and not only show up as "disconnected" now they can connect and everything seems to be very smooth since, followed with a firmware update and all is working A1. hope this helps others. as i couldnt find anyone suggesting this in any thread. glad i did the simple restart phone once paired. cheers

In my case charging headphones helped. I just plugged them to the charger and pairing started to work again.

Can this headset be connected by a wire to your phone as an alternative to using the Bluetooth or only to a PC/Computer?

My app didn't work, deleted it also the device more than once, first attend weeks ago worked like in this clip above. Buth if now my app didn't show the settings button on the bottom right. My hs did connect buth didn't gave no sound ' buttons worked with no sound. Turned it on & hold the on power button 20sec.. suddenly I heared the sound of connection. I would say keep on trying its anoying but mine works again 🤷😁

literally every function has errors. I'll try this. Maybe its malfunctioning because the first installation was Interrupted

When your motherboard has build-in WIFI and Bluetooth: Don't forget to put your WIFI antenna in, it has Bluetooth as well. I had a problem with the sound cutting in and out. It connected but the WIFI Antennas made a whole difference.

it dit not turn on anymore but this vid helped i was getting real angry with this fu#king headset ffs i had smart devices always some bs with them just a classic on\off switch would be amazing but moderen crap always replys on ai and smart tec that always always falles at some point

Assumes you can connect using Bluetooth. Not helpful when this is the problem you are trying to solve.
