OMG! Where to start! Will be making the fish another day but they are THE BEST CHIPS I have EVER tasted. I had them with a pork chop and my other half had salmon. I can imagine them with anything.

Wonderful fusion cooking!!!! I've made your butter chicken - the taste is amazing! Your naan bread is the best-easy and reliable ivd made it many times and will try a gluten free version today (wish me luck!). I just finished making a big batch of the BIR curry base gravy yesterday, canned and stored in the pantry.
