Radim Passer is the founder and owner of the PASSERINVEST GROUP company, which has become one of the most respected development and investment companies on the Czech market. He is also the founder of a non-profit Christian organization called Maranatha z.s. and of a Christian elementary, secondary and nursery school called Elijah.

His journey to success wasn’t always easy. It was not only one trial in his life that he had to go through, including the hardest one that anyone can experience. And maybe thanks to that very trial he reorganized his priorities and changed his approach towards life.

He grew up during the communist regime and the only thing bringing him joy was sport. He was dreaming of the carrier of a professional football player. After his studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering he started to do business.

He got married in 1993 and since then for many years he and his wife were trying to have a baby. The long-desired baby was born in 1998. When little Max was 6 weeks old the doctors found that he had a serious health issue and he had to undergo a surgery. Max made it through the severe intervention. But the post-operative magnetic resonance imaging revealed a tumour in his brain – inoperable and incompatible with life. Three weeks later Mr. and Mrs. Passer lost their only child.

Such a difficult life situation led Radim Passer onto the path of faith and it was as he says the best life decision he has ever made. The loss of his son wasn’t the only tragedy he has experienced in his life. He has gone through a lot of trials. His closest co-workers robbed him of his own company. Together with his family he was living in fear for several months after he learned that three people ordered his murder. He was also in a serious car accident, which he survived thanks to God’s amazing grace. He was experiencing an oppressive pain for his marriage was gradually breaking up and because his second born son lost a happy childhood. In all of these difficult life situations he has never stopped trusting his God.

He is grateful to the Lord God for finding a wife, with whom he could again create a supportive family environment. His business thrived and so he again celebrated business achievements and he decided to serve Jesus Christ with his property. He sees himself only as a property manager not the owner.
