I thought I had low oxygen levels in my blood. I suffered from 7 of the 8 signs you've mentioned above. I often struggle just to breath. And I've passed out several times. However, it turned out that my oxygen levels are good, but I have heart problems that caused the same symptoms. The passing out is due to my heart stopping, then when I hit the ground, it starts up again from the impact. So in a sense, I die then come back to life again upon hitting the ground. I was told I have nine lives, but so far, I've used up about 20 of them. And still going strong. 😁

Anemia is the main cause of low blood oxygen and if left untreated for too long it can result in serious damage to the heart. Lack of iron is the usual cause of anemia in western Europe and taking an iron supplement can rectify the problem in a relatively short time.

Some supplements can help with oxygen. Key number one is WATER WATER WATER. Most of us don't meet this basic needs....for potentially many reasons. Coffee, pop, milk and juice don't count.
2. Cell power drops as directed on bottle. Or cell food drops as directed. Or liquid chlorophyll.
3. Special circumstances not
4. Sugar, milk bad carbs and bad oils only make breathing worse.
5. Cover basic needs of each meal. Baked protein with coconut oil, lots of cooked veggies, brown rice or quinoa. This is EACH meal of the day...not just once a day or a few times per week. Every MEAL EVERY DAY. Water in between meals.
EACH PERSON HAS A SPECIAL HEALTH STORY. Nourish it and do what you can to not neglect it.

I had a heart attack 3yrs ago and they said l had copd l had not heard of this lve got arthritis bad back and am on omeprazole for gastro and calcium tabs and oramorph for pain in my back they took me of my iron tabs and am on oxygen l go down to 66 when lve wake in the morning till l go on my oxygen am back up to 93 then l go to the bathroom down stair when l get back its gone down to 73 my beds down stair am on my oxygen alot my nurse iteam is coming out to see me l was on the big machine but it was giving me really bad headaches so am on small ones now am on number 4 it fill me up then as soon as l take it of and move am out of breath lve tried everthing nothinking works oh and toast will do me all day till next day am 67 now been like this for 5 years sick of it l dont get out driving me crazy am a woman 💋❤julie god bless anyone with copd it awfull when your trying to breath xxxx

Training as a distance athlete will also help boost oxygen levels. Mine was 100% recently. I feel so much healthier since getting back in to training a couple months ago.

I ended up in emergency 2 nights ago. I was told that I had anemia (which now I was also told that I had to get a historectomy), low oxygen in my blood, low red blood cells and low iron. They told me to drink more water, eat more iron and take TXA

I am seeing lots of advice on taking supplements but I am slightly asthmatic and discovered that taking a deep breath through the nose and holding it for as long as you can without passing out and letting it out slowly through the mouth several times a day increases both oxygen and lung capacity.
