How to turn your sim into a vampire in the Sims 4. To do this, you'll need The Sims 4 Vampires Game Pack installed.

You can create a vampire sim directly in create a sim, but to turn an existing sim into a vampire will take a little more work.

1. You can have your sim visit a vampire who has the ability to turn sims into vampires (Vladislaus Straud, who lives in a mansion in The Forgotten Hollow, has this ability). Chat to them, and then ask them to turn you. After three days you'll turn into a vampire.

2. You can play as a sim who has the ability to turn sims into vampires. Visit the sim you want to turn, and choose to turn them into a vampire. Then go and play your sim and after three days you'll turn into a vampire.

FUN FACT: alot of simmers say "you gotta visit vlad since hes the first vampire" Actually fun fact you don't.. people choose him since you know.. big house.. first vampire duh.. but Caleb and Lilith next door can do just the same, really any vampire you find could, also you don't HAVE to ask them to turn you, if you keep a good friendship with them and stay human as in, not becoming an alien or caster you have a high chance the vampire of your picking will call you asking you to come over because they have a surprise for you and they will upon entering their house with them, will offer an eternal life as a vampire

If you have a really good friendship with a vampire (who has the power to make vampires) you can one night get invited into their house and be asked to be given the gift of immortality. Basically they offer to turn you into a vampire.

Vampires is my favorite Sims 4 expansion, but i never understood why when you turn into a vampire the game randomizes all your clothes... it's annoying.
