Tom Baker from Chasing Cars reviews the Toyota FJ Cruiser:
The Toyota FJ Cruiser is one of the most distinctive trucks on the road—based on the three-door Prado, the FJ has solid underpinnings that make it competitive off-road, and we find that it's not bad on the road, either. And, at $50,000, the FJ Cruiser represents great value in its segment. Just don't mind the fuel economy...

I have a 2014 purchased in 2014 and I have no problem with operating the dials safely while I'm driving. I suppose I can manipulate the dials and switches without looking at them by now. And I'm also getting 20 miles per gallon. I found that by using Premium gas I can get 20mpg. Regular gets me about 18mpg. Driving like a maniac will make your FJ drink fuel like it has to. Also I only paid $44K for mine and i got the stock roof racks, running board and the subwoofer with A-Trac & locking diff. But I wish I also had the "CRAWL" feature.

Actually, they are called clam shell doors and not suicide doors. Suicide doors can be opened individually. Clam shell doors can only be opened when opening the front door first. I have clam shell doors on my Honda Element and they are a pain in the butt when you are in a parking lot. Sorry to nitpick.

You guys in Europe buy gallons by the liters??  Thought it was so many miles to the gallon? NOT KILOMETERS... so weird how different nations operate.
