Folks, the best way to reheat pizza: spritz the bottom of the slice with water, add to a non stick pan on medium heat. By the time the water dries and crisps the bottom, the top will moisten, heat, and melt the cheese. Heating pizza in the oven takes too long and dries it out.

One pizza sharing town, everybody knows they use the same recipies

Anyone with an Italian grandmother knows what this pizza is about. I make my grandmother's/mother's pizza and it's just like this. Living in CT, we go to New Haven (Modern) a lot, but lots of my family members really enjoy the homemade pan style pizza like this. It's all good.
