my native language is Spanish, and it wasn't that hard to understand this guy; stop being so picky.

Gimp is far better image editing tool than one you suggested.

Beebom, you are an helpful nice guy. You can become an asset for many people I can see that, but as other remarked you need to speak much slowly in order to make yourself understood. I am glad to have found you. Best wishes from Giacomo an Italian old guy :)

@Beebom, thank you for the nice reviews! I now added support for headlines without space after the `#` like `##no space here` to QOwnNotes 16.12.11, because you seem to use them that way. :)

Thumbs up for keepass: I use os x, windoze, linux, and being a x-platform it is a perfect fit.

On a side note, I might suggest you slow down a little when speaking. I had a little trouble understanding you even though I grew up with many friends, such as yourself who are ESL, especially from India or here as ESL as well.

Keep it up and you have a new subscriber!

2:31 You can search for Markdown for more formatting of your notes. It will give a list of symbols and keywords you could use for making your notes look good.

be careful with KeepassX when sharing a database, this version doesn't check if the database has changed while you had it open and changed it yourself; it will just overwrite the file, so the other person's edits are gone. if you share a database, get the 'normal' KeePass, it doesn't look as good as KeepassX, but checks for changes before writing your new version.

Great list Beebom. I use both Windows and Linux, but I didn't know about several of the Linux apps you listed. Mainly I develop drivers on Linux and haven't had the need to look for basic apps (mainly I use emacs, gcc, kgdb and the command line) so this helped me expand my Linux use for normal stuff too. Ignore the jerks that try to cover their own shortcomings by disparaging others (I doubt the jerk that claimed he couldn't understand you (your English is excellent, by the way) knows more than one language).
