Nope coz while india is a self consuming a huge importing with minimum exporting and soon to be a middle income trapped country with a lot of internal problems like slow development, less startups, less fdi, joblessness and internal differences, squable, it will be hard to counter china, the load will only be upon Japan and US as these countries are the top economies.
