If you are busy (like most of my clients), you will be so pleased that this low carb blueberry dump cake is only 3 ingredients. Keto Blueberry Dump Cake
3 cups blueberries (frozen)
1 pkg Keto and Co Vanilla Cake Mix
¼ cup (or ½ stick) Kerry Gold Butter
Preheat the oven to 350.
Spray a 9x 13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Layer blueberries, cake mix, and slice butter.
Bake for 40-50 minutes.
Remove from the oven and pour with heavy whipping cream.
Serve!
