Dogcipe No.044 Tilapia Jerky

Super easy treat recipe! You just need one ingredient, tilapia, and the dehydrator. So easy to make, and the pups will love it!

CAUTION:
Every pet is different. Make your best judgement on the amount and the ingredients depending on your own pet’s allergies and food intolerance level.

INGREDIENTS:
7oz Tilapia (200g)

DIRECTION:
If you got the raw fish, freeze it for at least 7 days and thaw it in the refrigerator for 24 hours before making these treats. This process will kill the parasites that may be on the raw fish.
Use paper towels to remove excessive water on the fish meat.
Cut the meat into small pieces. (We made each cut around 3/4" thick, which took us about 24 hours to dehydrate.)
Dehydrate the pieces at 155°F (70°C).
Check every 3-4 hours to see if they are dried. When they are completely dried, the color will turn to yellow or brownish.
