An ethnostate, regardless of how persecuted the group is, is not a good thing. Making Israel an explicitly Jewish state was a mistake, one that not only displaced millions but also caused much antisemitic persecution as a backlash.

This one state solution already exists, its name is Israel, it has the strongest democracy in the region and the Arab minority plays an important role in Israel, being 50% of pharmacists, having an Arab as the chairman of Israel’s biggest bank, they serve in the military, also in the parliament and government and a lot more.

Lebanon's government (or how it works and how it is organized) could be how this state could work. The nation, lets call it Canaan as to not be biased to any religion, could have a Jewish, Muslim, and Christian representative. They can make decisions, it may be messy but would be the best solution if this happened.

Unpopular idea: Pull a Austria-Hungary on Palestine. (as in the region, not the country) Then divide the country by majority areas between Jews and Palestinians and give Christians equal rights with Jews and Palestinians. 100 percent make the state Secular.
