How to REBUILD DATABASE ON PS4 and SPEED UP SLOW PS4 MENU (EASY METHOD)

Hey I need help. After I hold in the button it flashes balck and not showing me the 'connect your controller' screen, I turned it off completely. I've tried multiple times but its giving me the same results. I've even unplugged the ps4 and tried again. Am I doing someone wrong?

I powered down the playstation and made sure it was off and not in rest mode. There is nothing flashing so it is completely off. I press the on button but instead of one beep, I hear multiple beeps. I can’t get past that step.

dont do it if you ahve a jailbroken ps4 it will hide all your fake pkgs they will stay on your hard drive but you wont be able to find them
